Stansbury Seaside Market
About
Seven times a season the quiet town of Stansbury comes alive for its Seaside Market, held on the foreshore overlooking Oyster Bay. From 9am on a Saturday morning, more than 70 stallholders set up along the waterfront selling fresh local oysters, homemade preserves and pastries, plants, jewellery, clothing, artwork and a wide range of food.
The markets run from around October through to April, typically over the October long weekend, before Christmas, New Year, Australia Day, the March long weekend, Easter and a final market in April. It is a relaxed, family-friendly celebration in one of the Yorke Peninsula's prettiest seaside settings.
